|Announcement||Dear Students, Your course final will take place on June 8 (Thursday) at 09:30. Exam places will be announced later.|
|Announcement||Format: The same format applies to the lab final as the previous labs (i.e. there is a quiz part followed by a programming part.) |
Rules: Lab final is a usual exam, to which the following exam rules apply:
1) Any attempt to cheating will be punished seriously.
2) Students are not allowed to ask questions to lab assistants (in no ways except technical problems).
3) Closed book, closed notes (for quiz and programming parts).
4) Students should bring identification cards.
5) Cell phones should be switched off.
6) Assistants are authorized to change your seats before or during the exam.
7) You can use a work sheet (scratch paper) in quiz section, which are to be collected after the quiz.
8) You cannot leave the lab in the last 15 minutes.
Coverage: Exam includes all of the topics that have been covered in the lab.
Time/Place: Your own lab section and usual lab (MM-lab).

|Announcement||The midterm exam will cover all topics up to loops (loops are included). Functions are not included in the course midterm.|

Your course midterm will take place on April 25 (Tuesday) at 17:40. Your midterm places will be announced later.
|Announcement||You have your introduction lab in this week (March 6-10). We sent your passwords to your metu mails. Please, login to http://ceng230.ceng.metu.edu.tr using your passwords and check your lab sections. You also need your passwords to login the laboratory system. |
|Subject||Welcome to CENG230|
|Announcement||You see three lecture hours on the oibs. The first one is your lecture hour which appears with lecture hall( e.g. wed 13:40 U1 ). The others are lab sections. You will be informed about which one is yours by an email at the end of the add-drop week. So you are responsible for 1 lecture section and 1 lab section which are two hours each (totally 4 hours for Ceng230 in a week). |
First labs will be held between March 6 and 10 (after the add-drop week) for all sections. But, you should attend your lectures from now on (20.02.2017).
